Refunds & Returns
At Waladi, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy sets out our approach to returns for both change of mind and faulty or damaged products, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes things change. That’s why we offer a 30-day change of mind return policy.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on any used or washed cloth nappies, swim nappies, or inserts.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your item is:
- Faulty or damaged,
- Misdescribed, or
- Not fit for purpose.
In these cases, Waladi will cover the cost of return shipping.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at {email address} within 30 days of purchase for change of mind, or as soon as possible for faulty items.
- We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase.
Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow processing time from your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a faulty or damaged product for the same item, please contact us and we’ll arrange this at no cost to you.
Important Notes
- Change of mind returns are optional and offered by Waladi in addition to your legal rights.
- Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.
